Shamanic Reiki is an integrative healing practice that blends traditional Reiki energy work with shamanic healing techniques, intuitive guidance, sound, and nature-based wisdom.
Sessions are designed to support energetic balance, emotional healing, nervous system restoration, and deeper connection to self.
This work goes beyond relaxation alone. It may support the release of energetic blockages, emotional stagnation, unhealthy patterns, and disconnection while creating space for greater clarity, grounding, vitality, and inner alignment.
Each session is guided intuitively and approached with care, presence, and deep respect for the individual healing journey.

MY APPROACH
My approach to this work is grounded, intuitive, and heart-centered.
Sessions may incorporate Reiki energy healing, sound, meditation, shamanic practices, energetic clearing, breath awareness, and guided intuitive insight depending on your needs and intentions.
Rather than “fixing” you, this work is intended to support reconnection - to your body, your intuition, your inner wisdom, and your own capacity for healing and transformation.

Practitioners use Reiki to bridge the physical and spiritual realms, often working with sacred symbols, stones, plants, or drums.
Energetic Clearing
Techniques like cord-cutting are used to break unhealthy attachments and remove, manipulate, or release negative energetic intrusions.
Shamanic Techniques
Unlike traditional Reiki, practitioners may engage in "journeying" - traveling into the spirit world to receive insights, or performing soul retrievals to restore lost vitality.
