Integral Breath Therapy
Conscious breath practices designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, inner awareness and deeper connection to self.
WHAT IS INTEGRAL BREATH THERAPY?
Breath as a pathway to healing.
Integral Breath Therapy uses intentional and controlled breathing techniques to support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing through the regulation of the nervous system.
Breath serves as a powerful bridge between the body and mind. Through guided breathing practices, sessions are designed to help shift the body out of chronic stress and “fight or flight” patterns into a more grounded and restorative parasympathetic state - often referred to as “rest and digest.”
This work may support stress reduction, emotional processing, nervous system balance, mental clarity, relaxation, and deeper connection to self.
Each session is approached with care, presence, and attention to your individual needs and capacity.

Healing through the power of breath.
MY APPROACH
My approach to breathwork is grounded, supportive, and intentional.
Sessions are guided in a way that prioritizes safety, awareness, and nervous system regulation rather than intensity or force. The breath becomes a tool for slowing down, reconnecting to the body, releasing stored tension, and creating space for greater clarity and balance within.
Depending on the session, practices may include guided breathwork, meditation, grounding techniques, sound, mindfulness, and integration support.
